Taste Notes

10/3/13: SG @ 1.1013, bottling day. Has perhaps a bit too dry a finish, but otherwise excellent. Definitely on the high end of the SRM scale, but should still be ok.

Notes

Used the zest of 4 oranges. Ground the coriander seed in a coffee grinder
