Taste Notes

Fermented at ~64-66F in upstairs bathroom. kegged at 13 days, may have still been fermenting. lots of bubbles, debris, still had positive pressure in fermenter. First taste, conditioned 5 days, is AMAZING!!! We'll see how it turns out once it matures a little more. YUMMO!!!!!

Notes

uses same hops as highland gaelic, same ibus, slightly lower abv to stay in style. calcs show bitterness ratio is perfect 0.619.
