Notes
lost water out of valve during mash fill. Added two quarters of Costco water spring water, untreated
lost 2-4oz of roasted malt due to mill getting stuck
Mash in at 161.5 equaled 149.4 mash temp with 13lbs / 5.5gal on mash mark
