Wysładzanie 75 minut - dobry stosunek l/min. Nie została spuszczona brzeczka przednia przed wysładzaniem jak w ostatnich warzeniach i mogło to spodować spadek wydaności do 70%.
Fermentacja wystartował w 15,5C po ok 18 godzinach od zadania drożdży.
