Its needs more sweetness. Maybe add some calarmel malt next time.
Also not much flavour from the yeast. Its a little clovey and very little banana. Notes
First time milling my own grain. didnt add any rice hulls. mash went surprisingly well esp cos it had wheat. slow but not stuck.
mash extraction was low.
it fermented out in about 3-4 days. dosnt seem like there was much flavour development from the yeast but will see what its like after bottling. primed with 130g of dex.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
