lost 1.5qt of hot liquor water. End up about 2 qt short of 6gal in fementor. Gravity was a touch high. Bitter and roasty tasting wort. Pitch yeast at 46.5F. Temp setting on 47F for first 2 days. THen 48F for next 5. THen 49F for following 3 days. At 50 on day 10
