pale ale malt 4.25kg .5kg crystal 75, .25kg cry150, 20g blk paten malt. mash 157 14g columbus 90min, 29gamarillo 30min, 33g crystal 20min, 11g simcoe 20min, dryhop 42g amarillo wp007. 72 ferm...but better at 67. Diacetyl rest.
