Notes
Combine all boiling hops and add small increments regularly throughout boil. IBUs = ~141
Sugar is added after initial fermentation with cali ale yeast is complete. Add high grav yeast at high krausen then add 1.3 lb sugar a day for next 6 days. Then 1 lb per day for next 5 days. Then .43 lb last day.
