Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give about 80% AA for Mangrove Jack M44 West Coast dry yeast at 66.8C. Going for 1.009, with 1.008 fine if it goes slightly more. Going for IBU/SG of 0.85, slightly less bitter (and slightly less dry on the FG). Yeast: 3 packets of Mangrove Jack M44 Mr Tasty water This one tasted quite 'harsh', no idea why. Also not cleared after a week, just generally looks 'not very good'. Deep clean and move on, recipe is same as ever but not ideal when just about to switch to pellets...
