Notes
Yeast attenuation set to give about 80% AA for Mangrove Jack M44 West Coast dry yeast at 66.8C. Going for 1.009, with 1.008 fine if it goes slightly more.
Going for IBU/SG of 0.85, slightly less bitter (and slightly less dry on the FG).
Yeast: 3 packets of Mangrove Jack M44

This one tasted quite 'harsh', no idea why. Also not cleared after a week, just generally looks 'not very good'. Deep clean and move on, recipe is same as ever but not ideal when just about to switch to pellets...This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
