Notes

Toast oats in ove=n at 350 for 30 minutes turning every 10. Looking for a light golden brown. Made tincture of rasins and 1 cinnamon stick with spiced rum. Added to primary a few days before cold crashing. Wasn't impressed with flavor soaked two more cinnamon sticks in spiced rum and added to the keg. I didn't have enough oats. I would bump it up to about 1 - 1.5# next time.
