Taste Notes
So, this was a very simple beer, intended to show the flavor of the teddy grahams. Not much of that came through. It tastes acceptable, but isn't a phenomenal beer. It tastes a little like a budweiser or something. I used WLP008 from Greg and it is good stuff. It doesn't taste very yeasty, but has almost a lager yeast quality that works with this beer. I will use it again.Notes
Should use about 8 gallons per biab give or take a little for trub.
