Taste Notes

Added pumpkin spice tincture to taste before kegging. Excellent mouth feel and pumping character before adding the tincture.

Notes

More color form pumpkin/Sweet potato than expected. Next time reduce carafa iii to 1 oz Brown sugar sprinkled on pumpkin puree before roasting
