Add 6 oz citric acid mid-way through sparge, 13.5-14.0BBL pre-boil, simmer/lightboil, dump off bottom and side after first whirlpool before chilling, add 4 oz citric acid to chilled whirlpool, dump only off side before knocking out to FV
