Notes

Yeast: 10.3 grams S04, 0.3 grams WB06, 0.6 grams T58 in 4 gal. Whirlpool hops at 108F for 60 min. Dry hop on day 4 until done. Use big fermentor, blow off risk. Use soft water/german profile. Pitch at 70F, lower day two 68F, 66F day 3, 64F and hold day 4.
