Notes

Start mash in accidentally at 160. Added cool water, now mashing at 156. Hops didnt' smell bad, but were not as fruity as I recall. I might be remembering citra differently, but it wasn't as tropical smelling as the Azacca or El Dorodo hops I was using the week before. Did not smell of socks or musty, just not bright. Ran out of citra on dry hop. Used 1 oz citra, 1 oz. Cascade, 2 oz az Notes for V2: drop each WP amount by 1 oz. From 4 to 3 at 160, from 3 to 2 at 110.
