Notes

Split mash into two mash tuns. 18 gallons of strike water total. NO SPARGE. Collected 13 gallons at 1.082 pre-boil. Boiled for one hour and collected 10 gallons in fermenter. Aerated with pure oxygen for 90 seconds. Added two pouches of Imperial Juice to both fermenters. High krausen reached in less than 24 hours.
