by oakesa72This is my all time favorite blonde. It reminds me of Landshark Lager. A lot. A good light, crisp ale which ferments super fast, isn't high ABV and is very pleasing to a lot of folk. Dad found this recipe a few years ago and I always brew it because it doesn't last!
