Vietnam memories from my father

by oakesa72

Dad asked me to brew him Singha so he could remember having a cold one while defending our country. I found this recipe, gave it my best and he said "it may have been forty years, but I'll be damned if this isn't Singha!" He was highly impressed and loved every drop! Forewarning, the stench of the yeast transferring from the primary to secondary is almost unbearable. But worth the smooth, tasty refreshment from Vietnam!
