Notes

Took Nate's "The Dankness" and converted it to a PM based on my equipment, lack of AG skill and local ingredient availability. Initally dialed it down to 6lb of LME to make it a bit more … sessionable … But then grabbed an 8lb bag anyway. Pitched a big starter, airlock is ticking away with only a few hours lag.
