Notes

This is going to be all grain, brewed with american wheat, pale, Crystal light. Moving away from single hopping this beer, I’m planning on hop bursting, with amarillo and citra, and dry hop with Amarillo and Centenial. Goal to increase the fruitiness, and hop flavor, and lose some of the bitterness.
