Notes

Mash temp 66,8 1st running: V=5,5L 17,4 brix 1072 OG 2nd running: V=9,7L 6,8 brix 1027 OG Pre boil: V=15,2L 11 brix 1045 OG Post boil V=9L 14,6 brix 1060 OG Post fermentation V=8,6L 7,1 brix 1029 OG FG=1009 (corrected) Alles gedraind. Mogelijk doordat “drain mash tun” is aangevinkt. Hierdoor ook op het laatst troep mee gekomen. Eigenlijk halve liter over houden. Volgende keer Maris Otter in plaats van Pils. Of combi Maris Otter met Pale Ale.
