- Taste each sack of the water - caution !, buy more than 25L - Solved using Zaros 1,5L bottled water from crete with 8,8ph
- Prosoxh sthn apostraggiksh - use secondary for several days? - not yet, but in B6, i will perform a manual filtrering with very fine mesh - did it - difficult experience, improvement using a big conical fine mesh for coffee
- 10 meres fermentation - taking measurements, every 2 days, after the first week, WYeast, needs more time
- carbonation sugar - again to sugar drops 2g/bottle - again to manual sugar addition used for carbonation- going to use the 2.5 scoop. -> Used 2grams and its a lot -> Sugar levels need decrease - 08/12/19 using 1.6 -> Problem on how to measure the 0.1 accuracy. - > Solved (now), the 2.0gr cup will be grinded - shortened until is 1.6 gramms
