Notes

Mashed for approx 90 mins, waiting for sparge water to get up to temp. First brew with new 15 gal Bayou Classic kettle. Propane tank started to run low during boil, boil was weak, then stoppped boiling, switched tanks, added approx 30 mins to boil to compesate for weak boil. Added more Fuggle to finish hops in package. Pitched slurry harvested from Derby Wharf Porter.
