Taste Notes
Prior to dry hopping, aleady a fantstic floral, citrusy aroma/flavor. Restrained bitterness, but bowl-you-over flavor. Can't wait to see what the dry hops do...Notes
Target mash temp of 153 achieved @ 10:11 AM (6 gal)
Coillected 8.5 gal @ 14.2 deg Brix (10.56 SG, before sugar addition), resulting in ~75% efficiency
Pre-boil, Post-sugar addition, 17 Brix (1.068 SG)
After boil: 1.082 OG
11/01 - Measured SG 1.017. Target: 1.013
11/06 - dropped temp to ~45 degrees F to clear
11/07 - Measured SG 1.010; Racked to secondary, dry hop with 1 oz each Amarillo, Cascade, citra, Centennial, @ ~56 deg F
IDEA: next time, dry hop in 2 additions... Centennial and Cascade for 5 days total, Citra and amarillo for 2 days totalThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
