Honey to be added at high krauzen - pasteurized at 172 for 20 minutes then cooled with purified water.
10 gallon first mash in temp was too low took 15 min to get to 149 mash temp rims not plugged in at first.
5.80 gallons second mash in
first wort gravity 1.0825
first wort vol to boil k ettle 6 gall
second wort gravity 1.065
second wort vol to boil kettle 12 gallons

outside temp 32-50
refrac reading 1.079- 1.082
hydrometer reading 1.070 outside-- 3/24/17 hydro paper scale strip was out of place.
hydro inside 24 hrs 1.074 plus .004 for correction
spg is low due to the fact the receipe has the honey in the boil. we are adding at high krausen
