Notes

Mash was about 64/65 for the first 15 mins of mash. Nov 17th 2019. Dry Hopped warm for 48 hours and then placed in the Keezer. Pulled a sample today. Very hoppy and not conditioned/ or carbonated, tasted good though, nice color and hop aroma. the hop bite is real.
