Notes
All DME recipe. Heated water to 200F, added in my first wort hops, let steep and then added in salts, took the hop spider out, added in all of the DME and sugars, stirred until everything was dissolved, added the hop spider back in and let it go to boil.
As the DME was being added the tepmerature of the water was approximately 206F.
Added 2 gallons of water and a campden tablet to the finished wort.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
