Notes
the mash was pretty slow. But after a good stir all the way to the bottom it started to flow well. Towards the end of the 90min mash it was flowing really well and very clear.
The hop spider got clogged. The 15 min steep went for longer.
Blue berrys were cooked in a saucepan for 10 min and mashed with a potato masher. Put into fermentor.
