pH 5,4 PBG 1,044 OG: 1,047 PBV: 147 PoBV: 140 Kylning kass med pvv. Satte igen av humleflagor. 6 dagar: 1,012 10 dagar: torrhumlat (min) 14 dagar: torrhumlat en annan. Den tredje jäser ännu(!). Fatat min efter kallkrasch för att få plats i jäskylen till min stackars porter som står och jäser i 25°C. 17 dagar: torrhumlat nr 3. Fatat nr 2. 22 dagar: fatat nr 3.
