Fiz correções na água. Adicionei o malte. Corrigi o Ph. O teste de iodo deu preto, deixei mais 30 min. Adicionei um pouco da agua do sparge. Subi para 76. Recirculei. Fervura 90 min ok. Hop Spider emtupiu. Densidade abaixo do esperado. NOVAMENTE. Baixa eficiencia.
