Taste Notes

modelled on atomic punk, but hopefully more drinkable due to the addition of dextrose. Designed in part to use up some hops, and also to use the cascade I grew as fresh as possible. Slightly less bitter than AP and possibly leaning towards citrus rather than pine.

Solid US IPA

by stevecrawshaw

Hoppy, strong and bitter. Pretty pleased with this as an example of a US IPA. No real faults, the columbus and centennial shine, with enough body to balance the hop bitterness. A keeper.
