Yeast added 11/11/19 with difficulty. A substantial amount of yeast came out of the top of the tube unexpectedly, and was retrieved and pitched in clean, though unsterilised, circumstances; with a fair amount not making it in to the fermenter at all. Kegged 3/12/19. Tasted great, no sign of any problems.
