mash: cacl: half tsp mgso4: quarter tsp lactic: 5ml sparge: cacl: half tsp mgso4: quarter tsp lactic: 2ml mash ph 5.4 1.032 on 1/1/19 raised to 20c when at 1.020 and left for a few days. reached 1.010. began slow crash; 1-2 degrees lower per day.
