Notes

The 1.25 oz additions of Centennial and Simcoe dry hops for 5 days occurs after 1 week of fermentation, and 1 week of the 1st dry hopping . After 14 - 17 days add the 2nd round of dry hops to the secondary for 5 days. Then rack.
