Notes
I precoke the rice the day before so it was quite solid. i chucked it in and it was very hard to break it down. next time use some hot mash water to break it down before pouring into robobrew.
the mash was quite slow flowing. next time increase rice hulls. and dont mix the rice to the bottom of mash pipe - just pour it on top.
primed with 110g on 22/12/19. left it to settle in fridge over night then bottled the next day.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
