Taste Notes

its really good. tons of citrus: Orange and Grapefruit dominate. still a bit of hop burn on 2-22.

Notes

forgot to turn M&B down when adding grain and ended up mashing in at 156 for first 5 minutes. came down and stabilized at 153 for the rest of the time. cut Boil to 55 min was at vol and added the DME early hops were still added with respective time left in the boil. Vigorous Airlock activity within 12 hours. I will Dry hop tonight after 1 day of fermentation kegged and force carbed on 2/22/2020. very cloudy, poured off a couple pints and its still very cloudy.
