Taste Notes

White heavy everlasting foam with good lace , nice golden colored beer with a citrus hoppy aroma coming from cascade hops. .Delicious flavor ,balanced , it starts with a bit sweet delicated malt tone turning in a a very smooth hoppy taste. The body is medium and it has a very pleasnat soft mouthfeel.Something very enjoyable.

Notes

Ph =5,42. Mash in water 14,5 lts.High effic.,clarified mediocre, maybe ground too fine. Pitch at 70 F . I use a yeast tube of 0.75 oz Windsor.Fermentation was TOO strong, finished within 48 hs.
