Credit to Beerandbrewing.com make your best irish red. However, my HBS didnt have the right malts so I made it like this still using the Irish Ale yeats, and it turned out as a very nice ale!! Ive recategorised it as an English bitter, rightly or wrongly.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
