Efficiency set at 74%, crisp malt did about 76% in AG#116 but not sure what this grainbill is going to do..... Yeast attenuation set to give about 79% AA for Mangrove Jack M44 West Coast dry yeast at 66.8C. Yeast: 3 packets of Mangrove Jack M44 Black bitter water
