Notes

One Eyed Willy with Jim's hops. Have estimated the Alpha at 3.7% based on online figures for Styrian Goldings/Bobek. It's probably less due to drying efficiency, but if it's more then this would be undrinkably bitter due to the quantity. I have also dropped the bitterness ratio to 0.8 to be extra safe.... Yeast attenuation set to give about 78% AA for Mangrove Jack M44 West Coast dry yeast at 66.8C. Going slightly less dry at around 1.009. Yeast: 3 packets of Mangrove Jack M44 Mr Tasty water
