Good, but just a bit too astringent / bitter - use less heavily malted barley, and replace with wheat?Notes
TAKE HOMES:
Losses:
Mash tun loss is 11L (start @ 61L, 50L into kettle)
Boil off at 95% power is 7L (start @ 54L, 47L after boil)
Loss due to cooling is 2L
Transfer pump / boil kettle loss is 5L (start @47, ~42L into buckets)
