Notes

Double-mashed with 50:50% malt - i.e. mashed 75 minutes with half of the malt and 11L water, sparged with ~11L to reach 19L, then mashed with the rest of the malt. Finally sparged with 10L water to reach 27L, and cleared by pumping the wort through the mask
