Taste Notes

Has a richness and complexity that you don't find with most Old Ales. The crystal malts provide a great caramel backbone, perfect for aging for about 4-6 months. Tip: try aging this beer on 1-2 oz of French or Hungarian Oak Cubes for a great old world flavor!
