Notes

A bit nod to the Ales of Adelaide back in the day. Made with the sort of ingredients that would have gotten the colour and the hops used are ones that had parentage from the Old Country. The Safale S 04 will be fermented at ambient Adelaide temperatures. SA Brewing water is ground water that would reflect the kind of mineral profile from Adelaide back in the day being the same aquifer that Cooper's Brewery would have had access to. The Organic Fuggle used for dry hop were grown here in the Everard Park hopyard and were 2018 harvest.
