Taste Notes
Brewed for the 8 years of BrassageAmateur.com this recipe was a challenge : wietbier (wiet pronounced as 8 in Belgian flamand), 8 ibu, 8% alc...
Coriander and orange peel balanced the bitterness resulting in a very pleasant beer, brewed on a Coenco brewery (2 batchs x 125l in 2 days), bottled in 75cl champagne, sweet, pleasant perfumes of agrumes and spices, very close to the Hoegaarden Grand Cru, alcool being the surprise after a few pints...Notes
The brewing was broadcasted on BrassamTV(ustream) one week after Brad Smith live interview :)This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
