Notes

Mash was very slow even though there was no second screen and 150g of rice hulls. maybe try a minimum of 200g of hulls. aldo noticed half way through the boil that it wasnt bitter so i chucked in a small hand full of saaz (cos it all i had). it was still not very bitter at the end so might need to back-bitter it. didnt back bitter it. primed it with 120g of dex and .5g of sodium meta to see if this will counter any oxygenaton. bottled 5/10/19.
