Not Everything Has To Be An IPA/Duality of Funk Rahr 2-row 5.5# {34.25% of fermentables @ 70% efficiency} Pils 5.5# {34.25% @ 70% efficiency} Rice 2# {9.5% @ 70% efficiency} Dex 2# {22% @ 70%} Hops and spices: .75oz @ 12% magnum Boil for 45 minutes in a bag and remove: 2grams dried Ginger 3 grams grains of paradise (crushed) 1.5oz Orange peel (we use Spanish) Yeast WLP 565 Free rise fermentation Add 1oz 3% hallertau when fermentation is complete for 1 week. Duality addon Brett C and Brett drie for 3 months (one vial each) Bag dryhop for 1 week and remove (make sure this is submerged or it can cause mold) 4oz galaxy 4oz mosaic
