Notes

Using mesh bag water temp 166 deg resulted in mash temp 151 vs. 152 target. Pre boil gravity 1.043 vs target 1.045, post boil gravity 1.056 vs target 1.054. 6.0 gal into fermenter. Kegged on Sept 14th finished gravity 1.008 6.3 ABV into keg.
