Ive turned this beer around Grain to Glass in 7 days using Gjernes Voss Kveik. You can substitute the Equinnox for Centennial in the whirpool Other additions that work on this beer are additions of Lemon grass and grated root ginger ***Note the boil time is only 30 minutes
