Fermentation should be as follows, 1 week in primary, add vanilla beans to primary during week two, rack to a secondary during week three...after three weeks keg or bottle.Notes
add 2 lb. of fat free Graham crackers to the boil tank at 5 min from flame out
add 1 lb of bolied graham craker mash to secondary before wort is added. I boiled the crackers for 10 min in a thick oatmeal mash, let it cool to 70 then added to secondary.
